• Conference opens at 8:00 a.m. with an hour of registration and networking
• For in-person conferences: Free parking is offered based on availability
• Opening sessions start at 9:00 a.m.; conference ends approximately 6:00 p.m.
• For in-person conferences:  Refreshments served throughout the day; excellent networking opportunities.

• Because MEGAComm/Techshoret are not legal entities, all transactions are conducted through WritePoint Ltd. and all payments should be made accordingly.

Additional non-Conference Day Details:

• Note that names and emails cannot be changed within 3 weeks of the conference.
• All sponsorships are non-refundable and are subject to the conditions specified in the vendor form. All payments must be completed no later than 2 weeks before the conference. If payment is received after this date, the vendor may miss out on elements of the vendor package and logos may be removed from the site.
• Prices are subject to change without advanced notification. In practice, there are usually three prices: Early Bird, Standard and Late. Prices change from year to year based on the costs of the conference. If the cost is higher or lower this year, this is based on the venue and peripheral costs related to hosting the conference. In practice, we do our best to keep the costs to a minimum and to offer subsidies to those unable to afford the cost. Contact us for details.
